Monday Mumbles
A few words …and a shrug along the way…
Napa Cabbage
… a type of Chinese cabbage … also known as wombok
… similar to the round cabbage (we’re familiar with in coleslaw), the Napa/Chinese cabbage is longish in shape – barrel-like – with ‘flowery/curly-ish’ sort of leaves
… a very good source of vitamins A and C, calcium and a good source of dietary fiber
... great in stir-fries, soups or in noodle salads.
