Antipasta Salad

This is another great salad that meets the needs of those with larger appetites. I don't claim to be Italian or know that much about Italian food, but this is my take on it.
Ingredients:
3 Heads Romain Lettuce
1 pkg. sliced salami
1 pkg. turkey lunch meat
1 can olives, sliced
1 can artichoke hearts
1/4 c. capers
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Vinaigrette Dressing (I like Newmans Own dressings. Try the Light Balsamic Dressing or the Lime flavored one, these both work great!)
Directions:
Shred the lettuce. Toss in the dressing before you put on the toppings. It is always better to under dress than to over dress. This gives it a little flavor and then you can add more to the finished product later.
Add all the toppings, toss together, add a little more dressing and serve.
