A few words …and a shrug along the way…
Cauliflower
... an excellent source of vitamin C
… good source of dietary fibre and folate
… it is thought that it has many chemical compounds which be beneficial to our health
... great in salads, stir-fries ...and more...
A quick and easy way is lightly steaming, and then adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice – salt and pepper to taste. Great on the side!
