parsley garnish coriander herb vegetables side-dish recipes

...… curly parsley … flat-leaf parsley ... depending on the variety

… similar to coriander but still different

… usually used as a condiment

… or as a *bouquet-garni in stocks and stews – *a small bunch of herbs tied together to add flavour to stocks and stews

Rough Cooking
Delicious when made into a pesto with almonds or cashews!

My parsely 'hedge' is just about past it's use by date - time to plant a fresh lot!
