Vegetarian greentea noodles soba Japanese asian low-calories quickeasy-meal



Cha Soba on Steamed Greens

… cha is short for Ryokucha or Ocha, more commonly known as greentea

… cook Cha Soba per cooking instructions

Vegetarian greentea noodles soba Japanese asian low-calories quickeasy-meal


… mix several dashes of sesame oil, soya sauce, chilli flakes and rice wine together – season per your tastebuds, and bring to a slight simmer … turn off heat, add to cooked Cha Soba and toss through

… serve with steamed greens

... quick and easy meal with low calories and greens!
