... rich in dietary fiber, vitamin c, potassium, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, phosphorus, copper and manganese


... texture is slightly crunchy and it has a mild sweet taste

... typically used in soups, sometimes it’s pickled for use as a condiment

... sometimes it’s candied to serve during certain festivals

... great in a stir-fry too!
